This carefully designed 3 hour SALSATION® Isolation Inspiration Workshop will allow you to:

-Discover effective isolation exercises

-Take isolation exercises to a new level by adding locomotion and isolating lines (inspired by African dancing and modern warm-ups)

-Incorporate isolations into basic dance moves

-Understanding isolations in SALSATION® choreographies

-Improve your body control and the quality of your movements
