Hallo! ik ben Giselle ,

Ik ben een Zumba-instructeur (GOLD/Toning) sinds maart 2010 en SALSATION instructor sinds 2022. Ik hou absoluut van dansen en lesgeven op muziek. Ik werd echt verliefd op SALSATION,

De reden is simpel: elke les moet als een feestJE aanvoelen, terwijl je aan fitness doet!

De meeste van mijn leerlingen zijn 50+, maar het doel is zo lang mogelijk in beweging te blijven, ondanks gezondheids- of gewrichtsproblemen!
