Meet Josefin Höök

I’m a SALSATION- and CHOREOLOGY- Eliteinstructor, SEI and CEI, I have 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and Rocketyoga I, II & III.

I'm also a SALSATION-host for Sweden (together with Mikaela Boström) arranging The SALSATION SCANDINAVIA GATHERING yearly!

I’m the creator of my own favorite yogaclass “TABATAYOGA”. A concept combining Tabata-intervalls with yoga asana practice. That keeps me strong and flexible as a dancer.

IRL I teach TABATAYOGA-, SALSATION- and CHOREOLOGY-classes in a studio (Träningshus1) in my hometown, Bålsta, north of Stockholm.

I’m a former balletdancer and performed at the Royal Swedish Operahouse and last but not least I’ve been ”learning by doning” since 1972, married since 1998 and I’m a proud mother of four.
