PRICES

Prices are quoted in Euros, US Dollars, or Canadian Dollars depending on the location of the Workshop, Instructor Training, Salsation® Blast or further education trainings (“event”). You must pay in the currency in which the event price is quoted. If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency you may pay by debit or credit card, or PayPal® and they will exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at their current rates. Some banks charge fees on international transactions.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct misprints.

EVENT DATE AND TIME

Event dates and times are always subject to change. It is your responsibility to check for any possible changes to date and time. You agree that Salsation Fitness is not responsible for changes in date or time of event, and that refunds will not be issued due to event dates or times being changed. The ticket can always be transferred to another user or event.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If You are unable to attend an event, you can transfer your payment to another similar event. There are no transfer fees, however, You are responsible for any differences in price (including differences in early, regular, and rush prices).

All transfer requests must be made before the start of the scheduled event. Please send your request to info@salsationfitness.com.

REFUND POLICY

If You are unable to attend an event you can request a refund.

If You wish to cancel your event ticket more than fourteen (14) days before your scheduled event you will be offered a full refund upon your request for refund.

If You wish to cancel your event ticket less than fourteen (14) days before your scheduled event you will not receive a refund, however, We will provide you with the possibility of exchanging your ticket for another event. Please see “Exchange Policy”.

The parties will submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong.
